Welcome to the TechInMotion360 LLC refund and returns policy. This policy explains how returns, refunds, exchanges, and defective product claims are handled for purchases made on https://techinmotion360.com. By placing an order on the Website, you acknowledge and agree to this Refund and Returns Policy.


1) Definitions & Scope

  • “We/Us/Our” means TechInMotion360 LLC.
  • “You/Customer” means the person or entity purchasing products from the Website.
  • “Custom/Made-to-Order” includes (without limitation) 3D-printed-to-spec parts, custom drone builds, PNP/BNF configurations, and items with engraving or personalization.
  • This policy applies to purchases fulfilled by TechInMotion360 LLC. If a product is sold or fulfilled by a third-party vendor (marketplace partner), their policy may govern; however, we will assist in coordinating a resolution where possible.

2) Return Eligibility Window & Conditions

Returns are accepted within 14 calendar days from the confirmed delivery date, provided that all of the following are met:

  1. Item is unused, undamaged, and returned in the original packaging, with all accessories/manuals included.
  2. A valid proof of purchase (order number or receipt) is provided.
  3. You have obtained return authorization from us before shipping the item back.

Not Eligible: Custom/Made-to-Order items are not returnable unless they arrive damaged or with a verified manufacturing defect.

Items returned outside the 14-day window, without authorization, or not meeting the above conditions may be refused and returned to sender.


3) How to Start a Return (Authorization Required)

Email support@techinmotion360.com with:

  • Order number
  • Item(s) you wish to return
  • Reason for return and any photos/videos (required for damage/defect claims)
  • We will review your request. If approved, we will issue a Return Merchandise Authorization (RMA) and provide a prepaid return shipping label or QR code. Please do not ship items back without an RMA.

4) Return Shipping Costs (Covered by TechInMotion360 LLC)

Because TechInMotion360 LLC values your patronage, all return shipping costs for authorized returns are covered by TechInMotion360 LLC. You will receive a prepaid return label or carrier QR code after your return request is approved. Returns sent without our label/QR code or without prior authorization may be refused.

Original outbound shipping fees (for the initial delivery) are non-refundable, unless we shipped an incorrect item or a product is verified defective on arrival.


5) How to Package & Ship Your Return

  • Use the prepaid label/QR provided with your RMA.
  • Pack securely in original packaging with all accessories.
  • Drop off with the designated carrier and keep the drop-off receipt/tracking.
  • We are not responsible for returns sent without authorization or using self-purchased labels.
  • All returned items remain your responsibility until physically received and scanned by our returns facility.

6) Inspection & Refund Processing

After your return arrives, we will conduct a quality inspection to confirm condition and completeness.

  • If approved, refunds are issued to the original payment method within 5–10 business days after inspection. Your card issuer/payment provider may require additional time to post the credit.
  • If rejected (e.g., signs of use, damage, or missing parts), we will notify you with the reason and offer options (return the item back to you at your cost or disposal, where permitted).

We do not charge restocking fees on eligible returns.


7) Damaged, Defective, or Incorrect Items (DOA Claims)

  1. If your order arrives damaged, defective, or incorrect:
  2. Email support@techinmotion360.com within 7 days of delivery.
  3. Include photos/videos of the item and the shipping packaging.
  4. Upon verification, we will offer one of the following at our discretion:
    1. Replacement of the same item,
    2. Store credit, or
    3. Full refund (including original outbound shipping, if applicable).
    4. Failure to report within the 7-day window may limit available remedies.

8) Non-Returnable Items (All Sales Final)

  • Digital downloads or software
  • Custom 3D-printed parts or accessories
  • Laser-engraved or personalized items
  • Custom drone builds
  • Items marked “Final Sale” or “Non-Returnable”
  • Gift cards
  • Drones not compatible with your FPV system (You are responsible for confirming compatibility before purchase.)

Normal wear and tear, user-caused damage, improper installation, or modifications void eligibility.


9) Exchanges

We provide exchanges only for items that are defective, damaged, or incorrect upon arrival. For other situations, please initiate a return and place a new order. To request an exchange, contact support@techinmotion360.com.


10) Chargebacks & Duplicate Claims

If you initiate a chargeback while a return/refund is in progress, we may pause processing until the dispute is resolved. Submitting a chargeback after receiving an approved refund is considered misuse and may result in account limitations.


11) Risk of Loss & Title

Title and risk of loss pass to you upon our delivery to the carrier for the original shipment. During a return, risk of loss remains with you until the item is received and scanned at our designated facility using our authorized label.

13) Policy Updates

We may update this Refund and Returns Policy at any time. Changes are effective when posted on this page and will indicate an updated effective date where applicable.


14) Governing Law; Consumer Rights

This policy is governed by the laws of the State of Arizona, without regard to conflict-of-law principles, and subject to any non-waivable consumer rights under applicable law in your jurisdiction. Nothing in this policy limits statutory rights you may have.
