Returns are accepted within 14 calendar days from confirmed delivery if the item is unused, undamaged, in original packaging with all accessories, you provide proof of purchase, and you obtain return authorization before shipping back.

How do I start a return

Who pays for return shipping

For authorized returns, TechInMotion360 covers return shipping. Original outbound shipping is nonrefundable unless there was an incorrect item or a verified defect.

How long do refunds take

After inspection, approved refunds are issued to the original payment method within 5 to 10 business days.

What is the DOA or incorrect item process

Email support@techinmotion360.com within 7 days of delivery with photos or video. Remedies may include replacement, store credit, or a refund including original outbound shipping if applicable.

Do you offer exchanges

Exchanges are provided for defective, damaged, or incorrect items only. Otherwise start a return and place a new order.
