By placing an order through our Website, you agree to the terms outlined in this Refund and Returns Policy.

Returns Eligibility
We accept returns within 14 days of the delivery date under the following conditions:
- The item must be unused, in its original packaging, and in the same condition as received.
- Custom or made-to-order items (such as personalized, 3D printed-to-spec, and BNF/PNP Drones products) are non-refundable, unless defective or damaged upon arrival.
- Proof of purchase (e.g., order number, receipt) is required.

Refunds
Once your return is received and inspected, we will notify you via email. If approved, your refund will be processed within 5–10 business days.
Because TechInMotion360 values your patronage, all return shipping costs will be the sole responsibility of TechInMotion360. As a result, you will receive a prepaid return shipping label or QR code after your return request is approved.
Please note: Original shipping fees for the initial delivery are non-refundable, unless the item is defective or incorrect.

Damaged or Defective Items
If your order arrives damaged or defective:
- Email [email protected] within 7 days of delivery.
- Include clear photos/videos of the item and packaging.
- We will offer a replacement, store credit, or full refund (including shipping), depending on the issue.

Non-Returnable Items
The following items are not eligible for return:
- Digital downloads or software
- Custom 3D printed parts or accessories
- Items marked as “Final Sale” or “Non-Returnable”
- Gift cards
- Custom Drone builds
- Or Drones that are not compatible with your FPV system (it is your responsibility to know what system is compatible)

Exchanges
We only replace items if they are defective or damaged. If you need to exchange an item for the same product, contact us at [email protected].

Please use a trackable shipping service or purchase shipping insurance. We are not responsible for items lost during return transit.
